getChannelCred() is returning error=denied
Has anyone experienced this issue? For some users, calling getChannelCred() returns an error "denied" and roku_pucid is invalid. We, unfortunately, need the pucid in our app. This does not happen to all accounts. The only thing I noticed that was different with the sample account that gets the denied error was that the CC was expired. I have changed the CC to a new valid card but I still get denied.
