Feed refreshes properly, but the channel crashes on start

I have created a Roku channel for a client. The feed URL is here: https://roku.api.castus.tv/v1/feeds/worcester

When I create a Direct Publisher channel using this feed, I get the following error: "There appears to be a problem. Please try again later", with a single button "OK". After about one second, the channel then crashes to the home screen.

There is nothing in the channel logs about this.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    I don't see any mentions of any symptoms similar to this on the Direct Publisher forum.
