External Control App id help

Could someone please tell me the external control app id's for Hulu Plus and HBO GO? I don't see them listed in the SDK. Thanks Paul

They're available on your box: http://yourRokuAddress:8060/query/apps

What goes in "yourRokuAddress"?

The IP address that shows under Settings->System->About on your Roku device.
