Error Message When Trying to Submit a New Channel

Apologies if this has been asked here before.

I am trying to submit a new channel for approval to Roku - but uploading the my channel package zip file to the "Package Submission' and I try to "Save Changes" I get this error message:

"Important Notice = An Error Has Occurred - Please Try Again."

What might I be doing wrong? I have tried in Chrome and Safari.
