Error Add Channel

Hello, at the moment you want to add a channel (in Direct Publisher our Developer SDK) appears:

There was a server error creating a new channel. Please try again or contact customer support.
does the same thing happen to someone else? Thank you very much.

    I get the same error. The endpoint appears to be missing.
