If it's a public one, methinks you are S.O.L. over the weekend*. Use one of the emails you were corresponding with during channel review.
(*) Apple does not provide weekend/holiday support either - bosborneVisitorI had emailed developer@roku.com and get a response a 3-4 hours later and got the problem resolved. Thank you Roku for being available when needed.
