    There should be a gear icon to the right (above the purple 'Run' button), there you can choose PDF or CSV. It also has an option for 'Schedule' in which case you can set it to automatically be emailed, and gives options for pdf & csv.

     

    If you're not sure where this is goto your Dashboard > Manage Channels > View Analytics.
