Does Roku do PAL?
I want to use this box in China, will it work with the TV's there?

RAF has nothing to do with PAL support. RAF "Roku ad framework" PAL "Phase Alternating Line" a broadcasting standard. Some older Roku devices support on NTSC in the US all newer devices are HDMI
