Direct Publisher - Feed Status & Update down?

Normally I can refresh my feed and inside 30 seconds the (new) feed is ingested for me to test my unpublished channel.  

Today, it's been over an hour ("The service is still processing your feed. Please check back again for updated status.")

Planned down time, perhaps?

    Sometimes you have to press the "Refresh Now" button before it will show you the result from the previous ingest.   It seems to happens when I'm doing lots of testing.

    Yeah, I normally have to do that, too.

    Update: Took 1.5 hours, but now items are being ingested normally.
