Mslonda, what do you mean you paid for your channel? Paid who? Roku doesn't charge to create a channel.
I paid for channel through Tv Boss and have a Roku/Amazon Fire tv channel but the question is can you help me with your product or no
Mslonda, I don't work for Roku, but since you paid a third party that has absolutely nothing to do with Roku I can pretty much guarantee that no one at Roku will be willing to help you either. It sounds like your issue is with TV Boss. You should contact them.
