Hi all,

We’re updating our own Roku app (channel), but unfortunately, the original developer key was lost. The error says: "Developer ID of submitted package does not match the developer ID of the previously published version."

We’re still able to submit a new version, but I noticed this note in the dashboard: “App issue that does not block certification, but may be reported as an Error in the future.”

This is a free channel with no in-app purchases, and we’re okay with losing any data stored in the registry.

Has anyone gone through this before? Will the Developer ID mismatch eventually block updates or require contacting Roku?
