Delete App from Store

I have uploaded a private app which we where using for testing. And due to some reason we had to deactivate the developer account. But before deactivating the account I had forgotten to un-publish the app. Is there a way for me to unpublish the app once the account is deactivated? Where can I contact for help in this case?
