Deep linking to Amazon Video and Hulu

The following command launches House of Cards, Season 3 Episode 7, (whose contentID is 80017467).
curl -d "" "http://<Roku IP Address>:8060/launch/12?contentID=80017467&mediaType=episode"

How do I accomplish a similar thing, with a) Amazon Video and b) Hulu

    I got this to work with Amazon. You must include the "mediatype" parameter as well. 

    ...launch/13?mediatype=SOMEMEDIATTYPEID&contentID=SOMECONTENID

    The mediatype seems like it can be anything it just has to be there.
