Current Clock Time Display while streaming

Is it possible to have a toggle in settings for the analog clock to display  on screen while streaming through Roku Smart TV and/or have the option to display through the plug and play devices? Also, the option to position it in any corner or top or bottom of the Roku Smart TV, in addition to the plug and play devices?
