CREATIVE COMMONS YouTube

I see Roku channels made up entirely of public domain videos/movies. Does Roku allow CC BY content from YouTube (through AWS hosting) along with original content (my own) as long as I apply proper attribution in the video description?

    Never mind, Blackhawk, I think I understand that you're saying: No, you can't use YT videos on Roku. Thanks
