Content Management & Monetization!

Hello Everyone,

I'm researching channel development with Roku! I have DVD's that my company has put together as well as DVD's from other companies in the same Genre! When developing a channel is it 100% by Membership? Or can you have a channel with multiple shows that are viewable through membership then have digital DVD's that are available for purchase!

Basically I would like to have a channel that has a monthly membership!
The monthly membership will include unlimited access to shows, tutorials, product reviews, ect...
Then members would be able to purchase DVD's for a one time fee per DVD at a discounted rate!
Non-Members would be able to purchase DVD's at a normal rate!

    You can decide for yourself what purchasing "model" you want to use if you are creating your own purchasing system.

    If you are using the Channel Store payment system instead of your own, you can have one-time purchase of all content, or, monthly or yearly subscription purchase of all content. There may be other options in the near future, but I don't think they are geared towards multiple purchases within one channel from the Channel Store. For PPV or video episode purchase, you will need to create your own subscription / purchasing system.
