Contacting "Binge Watch Classic Movies" support

Is there a way to contact the support folks for the "Binge-Watch Classic Movies" channel?  I cannot find any contact information and want to let them know of an issue.  Namely, I was watching one of the unaired pilots and watched around 15 minutes, then a commercial came on.  After the commercial, the screen went blank, and after many seconds, the next movie in line started playing.  I tried more than once, but each time, I don't get the movie, but the same commercial and then the next movie.

I just discovered this channel and it looks like it has several goodies.  Well, provided I can watch them.  🙂
