Channel Submission Time

Hi, I submitted a channel on 2/21/13. I got a reply with a form to fill out and submitted it. How long is the waiting period after this? It is still saying 'Publishing'. I've looked around the forum and see others are waiting. So I'm just making sure were still being considered.
