Channel stuck loading

Hello,

Our channel, Brown Sugar, has all of a sudden stopped loading. The last update we published was on 5/17/2018. 

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

    What are you using for your server? Is there any traffic while it's stuck on loading? I did notice with the v8.1 firmware that if your server's initial response doesn't include the "Accept-Ranges: bytes" header then the Roku won't make range requests and it just starts requesting the entire video.
