Channel Streaming Question/Cloudfront

I am not getting a good download speed, I am wondering what I can do to improve this?
I have the Distribution set to web and about 25 10 minute videos.
One thing I have that might be different is the same mp4
is in the SD and HD in the XML.

I see the RTMP distribution but don't think that is for Roku from what I have read.
I am stuck.
