Channel Status stuck on Publishing

I have submitted a public channel for approval some time ago. any idea why its still on "Publishing"

    Your channel is in our submission queue. I have not received an answer back from EyePartner or yourself to the emails that I have sent repeatedly since the first time you submitted back in April. Eyepartner recently contacted me about your channel resubmission, but again, they have not, and you have not responded to my emails.

    I am sorry Joel eyepartner was dealing with everything roku for me. but now i have my own developer account and i have submited the channel myself. please email me the questions you have. Blessings
