Channel being evaluated and says free, I want paid

I want to have some type of fee to access my channel,
it does say additional fees may apply when I view description page.
I have no idea how the Roku process works seeing as this is my first channel but I hope if the channel is
approved it just does not Automatically get listed as Free.
I see I can edit the channel which was put into the que almost two weeks
ago but see no way of listing a fee to access my instructional guitar video channel.
Wondering what should I do here also how the process works.
