Channel Accessibility

Greetings! I recently created a screensaver channel titled African Safari in January 2017 that has sold in a few countries. However in February I have not had any sales outside of the US. Is there a way to make sure that my channel is still accessible to people outside of the US?

    If it was available in January, there's no reason to think it wasn't in February.
