Changing Channel from FREE to PAID

Hello, I have been trying to contact support, but the form continues to get an error. So I am hoping this messages reaches someone that can help me or direct me in the right direction.

My channel (BAIMtv Roku) was published correctly and is working fine. However, right now it is listed as a free channel and I have a paid subscription channel. How do I change it? How do I change my channel from free to paid as I have a subscription-based channel?

    Did you build it using Direct Publisher?  I'm not sure DP channels can be subscription/paid?   Unless I'm mistaken you'll need to have your channel coded for that using the SDK.
