Change channel to a SVOD Subscription channel

We currently have a channel created in 2017 using Direct Publisher. I want to change this to a SVOD subscription based channel.

What is the best, easiest, quickest way to do this?

Is there code I can implement with my limited knowledge?

Do I need to hire a programmer?

Is ROKU Pay a good solution?
