Can't make Google Drive work to store my videos

I am trying to create a ROKU channel with original content.  I stored my videos on Google Drive but can't get them to play.  The shareable file is, https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0zxIwOX1obNM09zNmFJSjlLYUk.  I was told to change the open to uc, I tried, https://drive.google.com/uc?id=0B0zxIwOX1obNM09zNmFJSjlLYUk.  But it didn't work either.  Is there a way to get them to play or an alternative way to store the video.  Online there are so many warnings not to host the video yourself. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure it's possible.  You can read this to get some more information about what's going on.  It refers to Java, but the same principles apply.  I'd especially take note of the response that gives an example using curl.  The same thing could be accomplished in BrS, but it would take some work and still might not work for a video.
