Can't make buffering bar centered

Hello everyone! Maybe someone can answer my question. 

I had to reduce the scena with video and make it centered. Video has reduced, but after that loading rate turned out to be from the bottom right.

I tried to set the translation field for "bufferingBar" and "retrievingBar", but nothing worked.
