Cant Login to Developer Mode

I have tried countless times to login to developer mode on my roku. As suggested on another thread, I tried going to [myipaddress]:8060 and it did connect and gave me the XML file so i'm guessing the actual connection is fine? I have tried to access developer mode from different laptops and it just says that it is taking too long to load, cant reach this page, can't be displayed, etc.
