Cannot open sample channel

I followed the tutorial and finished it&nbsp;https://developer.roku.com/publish/channel-tutorialBut my channel cannot open in my Roku Express. It just opened the Start screen then closedAnyone know how to fix it? Are you sure you're building it using Direct Publisher? I got an error saying its going to be a non-certified channel and to enter an access code?

Its been a while since I posted, I'm a bit foggy on some details.
