Buglet: splash_min_time can hang Roku
Steps to reproduce - in your manifest, add a line
Bundle and deploy, observe the splash screen. So far, so good - now press Home. "Clung!" sound, yet nothing happens. Consecutive presses do nothing, ECP works but can't kick it out of stupor. You've got yourself a rather hung player.
