Broadcast live content on a private channel

I would like to kwow if it's possible to broadcast a m3u8 video in live on a roku private channel.
If it's possible, could you give me the best way to do it?

- Yes, technically it is possible.
Note that we don't allow broadcast of international content to the North American Region without a waiver from Dishworld. I'm specifically posting this as your username resembles a streaming service by the name of FiberSat.
