Billing enrollment link is down
The link to enroll in billing services gives me a 404: https://developer.roku.com/enrollment/standard There's a link to it here: https://www.roku.com/billing What is the proper link?

Are you sure that's a valid workaround? I can't get anything to work. No matter what I do, the link to billing enrollment is still broken.
