Are we able to disable screensaver using code?

no. However, you can create a custom screensaver, or you can play a tiny video somewhere on the screen. The video playing will prevent a screensaver from turning on.

Actually I do have a semi-transparent overlay on roScreen with double buffer. However, once the screensaver is closed, the transparent effect does not work anymore and whole screen completely blackout.

I couldn't use video player because the application is used to play mp3 all the time. Therefore I would like to know if there is anyway to work around.
