The main APPs I use are Netflix, Hulu, Disney, and Youtube And they All act the same way after some amount of time It will Back you out of your Profile of the APP your in And then it will close you...

You never go get a snack or Bathroom After 20 to 35+ minutes it's back on the home screen

I think simply pressing the play button on the remote will take you back to where you were before it goes to the home screen. If not once, then likely twice.
