Unfortunately I don't have much in the way of guidance or assistance, but I did add a few products a few days ago without a problem. All I could suggest is trying a different device, browser, and/or Internet connection.

Thanks for the response. Yes, it's only affecting 1 of the channels, not the other. Tried numerous connections and browsers. Same error message. Dev support only responded once and stated it was a glitch that should resolve itself... 2 weeks ago. The only other thing I can think of would be a corrupt file issue and too repackage the channel.
