Ads on ShortFormVideos

My app will have videos averaging 2 minutes each. I read in the documentation that ads don't show until after so much video has been watched. In the case of 2-minute videos, that could take a while.

I plan on using my own ad server, so not sure if I'm as limited. But I'd like to run a pre-roll between each video (or between every few).

    I thought short form is allowed to run pre-roll, just pre-roll only, no middle spots. As for a certain # of videos need to air I think that's just to 'qualify' more or less. Meaning you're channel needs to have 10,000 video views or something before you can have advertising. I may be wrong on some of this.
