Acceptable roku application

Hello,

I am developing an application "own media library". 

It allows user to register in my website and activate device with their account. 

Once they done that, they can create category and name the category they made

After that, they can put media url , title, description etc. 

The contents they added through the panel will be shown up in the application under their account.

Does roku accept such application to be in channel store

Is there any requirements to be in channel store.
