Voice narration - tried all change settings no change

I have a roku soundbar. This issue is on Paramount + and Disney. Voice narration is on. I have done all the settings change. No change. I have tried everything suggested in previous posts. no change. Please help!

    We understand that you're having an issue with Paramount+ and Disney+. We're happy to help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Scroll and select Accessibility.
    4. Scrolled and selected Voiceover and toggled it Off.
