TV Sound turns off mostly when comercials switch.

I have an 77-inch LG C2 using a Sonos Sound bar with Roku Ultra with wired internet connection.

Up until this past month or so, everything has worked fine.

Recently, I have issues losing sound, mostly when commercials from streaming services like Hulu and others change.

Restarting my Roku ultra is necessary to resolve this issue.

    We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, and we'd be more than glad to assist. Have you tried unplugging your soundbar to your TV to see if the audio issue still persists? Also, when did you first encounter this issue?
