Turning tv on by itself

My Roku soundbar has been turning itself and my tv on by itself.  I’ve tried all the workarounds such as disabling cec settings and fast start setting. I e updated it regularly and still no fix. Nothing is working. Anyone have any suggestions?

    You mentioned that both your Roku Soundbar and TV turn on unexpectedly. Just to confirm, are you using a Roku soundbar that was plugged into a non-Roku TV? Also, does it turn on immediately after you turn it off?
