It sounds like you're experiencing audio quality issues with the Roku Streambar. Can you share more details?
- What steps have you already tried to fix the issue?
- Does this occur when streaming to a specific app, all apps, or even when you're not streaming?
In the meantime, you can restart the system by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.

Hi Suzette,
This problem re-started around a month ago.
The crackling noise occurs while using all apps/channels on the Streambar & while watching terrestrial TV.
I've soft & hard reset the Streambar and upgraded the HDMI cable & the problem is still occurring.

Hi Emmanuel,
I’m not certain whether the issue began immediately after a software update, but it did start roughly a month ago and has persisted across all apps and inputs.
I own two Streambars with the same 9102EU model number. One works flawlessly and has never had any issues. The other - the unit in question - has repeatedly developed this crackling issue. I previously sent it in for repair, and it worked perfectly upon return. Unfortunately, the problem has now resurfaced.
Given that the other identical unit continues to perform without issue, and that this one has already required repair once, I’m concerned there may be a deeper fault with the device. I’d appreciate your help in resolving this.
