The Roku channel has a dialogue that is not audible

I can see people were complaining of my same problem back in 2021 ! !

Sound on Roku Channel has perfectly fine background sound but no words!

    We understand you're having a problem with the Roku channel. Help is here. Please try these troubleshooting steps below.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System Restart.
