The brand new Roku Streambar will not connect to the Samsung TV through the HDMI ARC connection.
My Samsung TV has an HDMI arc outlet, to which I'm connected. The streambar will not communicate correctly. The CEC is turned on. I've checked all the connections twice, unplugged and replugged to power and turned the CEC off and back on. All to no avail. Help!

There are several reasons why the HDMI ARC might not work; the issue could be with the ports, HDMI arc cable, or the Roku device itself.
