Same issue. What did Roku do for you?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Roku Streambar. Would you mind giving us more details about the issue you are experiencing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
Send us here as well the serial number of your Roku Streaming device so we can best assist you further. You can get this information by going to Settings>System>About.
Keep us posted with the details.

Hi, any update on this issue? Our new streambar started experiencing the same crackling/popping problem with the speakers.

Having the same issue with right speaker sounding blown when certain lows coming from booming, bassy music, etc. Only way to fix this is too completely shutoff bass when pressing the option button during media playing and moving the bass level to none/0. Really sad since this is the only device that works well with my Epson projector because the Roku remote works with the projector.
