Streambar speaker crackling
My Roku stream bar speaker sounds like it's blown on every channel I have. I've tried everything from replacing the HDMI cable to a total factory reset and it's still sounds like the speaker is blown how do I remedy this?

My streambar is doing same thing. Audio is crackling on all channels like the speakers are blown. If I turn off the bass that fixes audio but sound isn’t as good.

Mine is also having this issue lately. Replaced the HDMI, factory reset, sound settings reset, power cycled it. Nothing helps. Serial number is YL00F4040002 software build 4210-95

with latest software update version - 11.5.0 Build 4312-95
Changed the HDMI cables and all options on the system including reset on both. Still hear crackling sound on all the Apps. Please help.

MaryHi, I'm experiencing the same issue as everyone here. This Streambar was originally purchased 11/20 and my sound issue started probably about 6 months ago, but I've just been living with it all this time. I only recently did the research to discover that many have been having the same troubles.
Shortly after owning it for just over a year, overnight our Streambar suddenly got all crackly whenever playing all audio, with it being especially bad while playing bass-heavy stuff. Dialog became nearly unintelligible without subtitles on for everything, and music is unlistenable. Some sounds get more fuzzy/rumbly and audio is more audible, but all sound is impacted negatively.

KarizaIt is not a reset issue. The crackling started after a a short time of owning it and it is progressively getting worse. Almost unusable as it rattles terribly with any bass sounds.
