We'd like to understand your concern better. Could you please provide the brand/model of your TV?
In the meantime, please make sure the TV’s audio output is set to optical/digital and not “TV speakers.” Also, go to your TV’s audio settings and make sure it’s set to output audio to optical. Additionally, enable CEC (sometimes called Anynet+, Bravia Sync, etc.), which allows the TV to communicate properly with external devices like the Streambar.
