Streambar Pro and Wireless Speakers - no dialogue through the wireless speakers

I have a Roku Streambar Pro and love the sound to help with hearing the dialogue better. I purchased a set of wireless Roku speakers to help with this, however, no dialogue is coming through the speakers. It's basically just the background sound, but no voices at all. I have them set up as front facing on either side of the TV. How can i get dailogue through the wireless speakers too? Any help with this?

    I understand that no dialogue is coming through the speakers. Try these steps to change sound settings.

    1. Start streaming or playing content.
    2. Press the Star button on your Roku remote.
    3. Select Sound settings.
    4. Choose your sound mode.
    5. When you're done, press Back until the menu is closed.

      So there isn't another solution if I've already tried this? If not, I'll be returning them. Its odd that no dialogue comes through them.
