Streambar is not playing the stereo channels correctly

    Hey RaymackBob43,

    Thanks for the additional information. Just double-checking have you tried to enable the volume leveling? If not you can try these steps:

    1. Press Star  on your Roku remote
    2. Select Sound settings
    3. Select Customize Sound mode
    4. Select Volume mode and choose Levelling

    Please refer to the steps provided here. Let us know how it goes afterward.

Update: I checked the sound on the regular sd coaxial cable and it seems normal on it. I’m sorry about not checking it sooner. I don’t know why it seems like the left side channel is so much lower in volume when the program plays music, but I’m looking into it. If your techs have any suggestions I would be interested in hearing them. Otherwise I guess you can close this one out. Thanks again.

    Im connected to HDMI ARC and I have the exactly same problem. Masked singer and AGT are where I see it happening.

    • When did the issue start, and what were the specific details of the problem?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • Which specific app do you use to watch those shows?

    In the meantime, please try these steps. Navigate to the Home > Settings > System > Audio > select S/PDIF and ARC, and make a selection. For more details, refer to this link.
