Streambar having audio issues

My roku streambar speaker is beyond usable, its had a progressively worsening distortion since 6 months after I bought it and it just got to the point where it isnt tolerable. This is a common problem and ROKU tried to call me once to troubleshoot but nothing after that, I missed the call.

Id like to use it as a streaming device at least, instead of junking it.
