Streambar 9104x keeps returning to home page

How do I fix this issue I just bought it and it's been doing this since I set it up. It's not the connection! I've reset it. I updated... Morning is fixing this issue. It does it right in the middle of a movie or show some times twice in an hour done times it won't do it for a cpl hrs. It's rather irritating to be honest.

    I totally get that your Roku Streambar is sending you back to the home screen—and it's quite irritating. Let’s dive into this together and get it sorted out quickly. 

    • Are you having this problem with all of the apps on your Roku or just with one?
    • Can you share the software version your Streambar is currently using?
    • Aside from resetting your device, what else have you tried to fix the issue?
    • Also, could you share your Roku's Serial Number and Device ID? (You can find that by going to Home > Settings > System > About.)

      Yes it's all apps it's the im pretty sure it's the software and I'm obviously not the only person with this issue it's all of them. So how do I fix it cause I can't return it and I'm out a 100 dollars

        Thanks for the extra info! There are a bunch of reasons we might run into this issue, but there’s usually a way to fix it. Let’s give this a shot:  

        1. Go to Home  
        2. Hit Settings  
        3. System  
        4. Power 
        5. System Restart
        6. Confirm restart

        Once you've restarted, give it another shot! Let me know if that does the trick.
